This caravan has been hardly used due to business commitments and is offered in as new condition immaculate inside and out. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins which can be pushed together to make double beds, there is also a pull out double in the lounge area. Full size shower and wash room with separate toilet. The kitchen area is large with a full size cooker, sink and fridge.

The caravan is sited on the very popular Weeley Bridge Holiday Park situated at Weeley in Essex on the East coast just a few miles from Clacton. The site is a small site with approx 200 caravans, there are no tourers allowed on site and only static caravans reside there. The site is small quiet and friendly with a recently refurbished club house with regular entertainment and an outdoor heated swimming pool and small shop. There is also a very picturesque lake that can be fished in the middle of the site. The grounds of the site are very well kept and the site could be described as a garden site.

This is a very regrettable sale as we like the site and the caravan but commitments do not allow us  the time to spend there.

This caravan is ideal for a family.

Weeley Bridge is a small beautifully maintained park in the heart of the Essex countryside. At its centre-piece is a large, attractive fishing lake that is complimented by well manicured lawns, mature woodland and gorgeous flowering shrubs. Certainly a lovely setting for this idyllic holiday park. The charming countryside location together with the fact that the seaside resorts of the Essex coast are a short drive away makes this an ideal holiday venue.

Directions to the park:
Follow the A12 to Colchester. Take the A120, then the A133 to the Weeley roundabout. Take the second exit at the weeley roundabout towards Weeley train station. The Holiday park is about 1/2 mile on the right hand side.
